Quite a few things really. However, your first port of call should be your club.
Advise your club secretary, competition secretary if its a league table or result that is not correct. They will contact the Association. Please be very clear with the details, especially in relation to competitions. Ensure you have age group, division and type of competition, mixed or girls/ladies/mens so that there is no possibility that someone will misunderstand your query. Do not contact our office directly
PC/Mac Instructions
- Go to www.playfootball.com.au
- To login, go to My Account at the top right of the page.
- Log in using your email address and password that you used when registering.
- Once you’re logged in, your name will appear at the top right of the screen. Hover over your name and you will be given three options. My Account, My Registration and sign out. Select My Registration. This will take you to the participant portal.
- Hover over the tab that says Activity and then select Registrations.
- It will bring up your current registrations. To the right you will see de-reg in red writing. Select this and complete necessary details.
- Your club will receive your request to approve. Once they have approved it, it will come to us for approval. Once the association has approved it, your de-registration will be complete.
Smartphone Instructions
- Go to www.playfootball.com.au
- To login, go to Menu icon at the top right of the page and scroll down until you see My Account. Select this and it will redirect you to the login page.
- Log in using your email address and password that you used when registering.
- Once you’re logged in, select the menu icon at the top right of the page again and scroll down until you see the three options My Account, My Registration and sign out. Select My Registration. This will take you to the participant portal.
- Select the menu icon on the left hand side of the page, then select Activity and then select Registrations.
- It will bring up your current registrations. Scroll to the right until you see the word de-reg in red writing. Select this and complete necessary details.
- Your club will receive your request to approve. Once they have approved it, it will come to us for approval. Once the association has approved it, your de-registration will be complete.
NB: you will have to contact your club to organise any sort of refund.
